Dover Motor Speedway is a concrete oval with a lap distance of 1.0 miles. 400 laps of racing equals a race distance of 400 miles.

The track is affectionately known as the "Monster Mile". The unique trophy is called "Miles The Monster!"

#9 is the defending champion.

Active drivers with the most wins are the #8 and the #19. Each have won twice.

One time winners are #9, #48 and the #4.

Another injury to report: A Bowman, driver of the #48 will be out at least 3 weeks according to reports today. Bowman suffered a broken vertebrae last week.

I see that only LAB81018 picked the #48 as the spare so far.

We wish him a speedy recovery!
