The 34th race this season is the "AAA Texas 500" at Texas Motor Speedway on SUNDAY, November 5th.

This is another race where qualifying is the SAME AS RACE DAY! Please make your picks before qualifying is scheduled to begin.

Texas Motor Speedway is another mile and a half tracks that the #78 has had such good fortune with this season. He has 7 wins on 1.50 mile tracks this year. WE'll see #78 and all his competitors race 334 laps for a total race distance of 501 miles.

J Johnson <~~ He's still in it to win it...I'm not counting him out...even though we're getting close to Homestead...

Kyle Busch <~~~ Ditto what I said last week...racing hard until Homestead is in his rear view mirror....

D Hamlin <~~~ Now that he's done jawing with the #24...watch for him to improve his finish at Martinsville...

M Truex <~~~ Mile and a halfer extraordinaire...bumped down to 2nd in the points standing...he'll be going ALL OUT!

K Harvick <~~~ He did well...again!
