Need help finding a name of an executive

I posted this on the restaurant boards but couldn't get an answer,

I am hoping that someone here can help

Is there a person in charge of all the restaurants at Disney World?
I want to send the top person a letter about someone that really went out of their way for us at a restaurant, it was the manager so I am looking for someone that he reports to

How do I find out this information?

I tried calling Disney directly but after being transferred around a whole lot of times I thought I would come here for help
