We put down our deposit on 210 points last week for AKV and should be closing in June 
We live just about an hour or so away from Disney and have season passes, so we shouldn't have an issue getting our fill of DVC. We decided on AKV because it's our favorite resort and we love that we can do 5 in the one bedroom. Having 3 kids, that's a huge plus.
Not sure when we'll use our points - my husband would love to go to Vero in September but I'm not sure if we'd have a tough time getting in there or not due to the timing, but next year, for sure!
I'm a Disney addict (I've been going since I was 3, and I'm 30 now!) and have wanted to do this for years, and my husband finally decided it was a good idea. Silly man, he should have just listened to me in the beginning!
