Not sure if right thread - renting DVC from an outside agency?

Has anyone had any experience renting DVC from rental agencies? If so, please share your experience. Thank you!

If your talking rental agencies like David's ( www.dvcrequest.com ) or the Timeshare Store ( https://www.dvcstore.com/ ) Both are reputable.

If your talking about an agency that may have listings requiring you to pay $190 to Disney, that is an inbound RCI exchange reservation, and they are not supposed to be rented.
