Online check in not working!!!

My online check in for All Star Sports is not working!!!!.....when I select requests it shows requests for All Star Music instead....I called Disney about this last week but it is still not fixed.They told me my requests are listed on my reservation so that will be fine
Also,my parents are linked to our reservation and their online check in works fine...In your opinion should I still complete online check in and bypass that step for my reservation yet complete it for my parents(our request is top floor and rooms next door to each other)...
