Hi there – we are FINALLY at a place in our lives where we can start looking for a condo in the south. I have been scouring realtor.com and Zillow and the like and there are a ton that I fall in love with and have everything we need, but then it is in a 55+ community, or it’s a timeshare that you get only certain weeks of, etc.
Anyway, is there a website where I can filter so that those do not show up? We aren’t tied into Florida, but anywhere south of….Virginia Beach or so, no further west than Mississippi? It should be easy, but I am not having much luck. It’s been a rough few weeks – please go easy on me if it’s something stupidly simple that I have overlooked
