I have been getting this a bunch today, too. Very frustrating when I know there are cruises during that timeframe!

Earlier today I was able to sign out and back in again and have it work, but right now Im out of luck again. I can see the blue banner IF I book a cruise for a date that was already released, but I cannot actually see the cruises in this release again. No luck getting through quickly to IT this time... I waited 30 minutes and gave up. Supposedly they made certain I was showing as platinum on their end, so I'm not sure whats up at any rate... >_<
