Passes from a Rewards Program - upgrade to an AP?

If I order 7 day PHP passes from airmiles and don't use it at all....can I upgrade it at the parks for a regular AP and get full value of the ticket? Is there something on the ticket that would say it was from airmiles or would it just have a dollar value on it?

Assuming I could do it...can I upgrade a plus pass to a regular AP or does it have to be a premium AP?

I must have an AP because we will be at WDW 32 days within a year and at least 20 of those days will be in the parks.

It probably won't work. You can't apply promotional tickets towards upgrades.

And, for upgrade purposes, any credits are figured at the amount that Disney was paid for the ticket by the original purchaser, not at the face value.
