How can someone be born with morals? Morals are, for lack of a better description, a social construct. You can get these morals from religion, social interactions, or both. Most people will get them from the latter as religious and social norms are intertwined into most cultures.
Morals and religions beliefs are frankly not always synonymous. There are some fundamental religions beliefs I personally find amoral. A lot of evil has been done in the name of just about every religion.
Some who study ancient civilations and current primate situations would disagree with you. There is a belief (and note I'm saying belief) based on studies that some sort of evolutionary behavioral patterns have developed to prolong survival and they involve having a sense of what is right and wrong in both human and primate development. Of course, you are free to disagree with that but there's definitely evidence in the primate community and earlier societies that existed before organized religion. Humans can be born with all sorts of behavior that's hard wired in (fear, temperament are examples). Of course, social interactions enhance and magnify (or reduce) what's already there.
