Yes. Placeholders can onlily be converted by calling.

You need to call in placeholders and be prepared to pay the remaining deposit to move it over if possible. DCL opens at 8 AM until 10:00 PM, Monday thru Friday and 8 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday and Sunday. Eastern time.
Monday will be Platinum, Tuesday : Gold, Wednesday: Silver
