Is this restaraunt on the dining plan? Are there any menu limitations/surcharges/etc? Thank you!

New here but I did do Planet Hollywood as one of our spots last year and it is on Dining plan, no restrictions

I may be wrong, but I thought there is a surcharge for items over a certain amount at PH.
