Planning an AK Surprise - Need help

A friend of mine is going the 1st week of August and would like to plan a surprise for her husband at AK. Does anyone have any suggestions of what she could do? Are there any behind the scenes tours or special access that can be requested? Any and all tips are appreciated.

Sorry not trying to be vague just not sure what to ask for. Thanks for the suggestion, I did check the list of tours on but I think she was looking for something more one on one, not a big group.

Scheduling the Savor the Savannah tour for them would be my recommendation.

There is the "Wild Africa Trek" option but it is pretty expensive and long (3 hours), though it does include refreshments. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/events-tours/animal-kingdom/wild-africa-trek/ My preference would be to just go have a nice cocktail at Nomad Lounge (the bar attached to Tiffins) which you can do without a reservation any time and is really a hidden gem.

I guess the question was is she wanting to surprise him with some special event, or does she have a surprise announcement that she wants Disney to help reveal? I think that's the detail PP was looking for...

If she wants a private tour, she could book a private VIP tour. All of the other tours at the parks are group tours.

You can dine with an animal specialist at Sanaa. That's not in the park but at the Animal Kingdom Resort

There are a few good group tour options at AK. Caring for Giants we did last year and was amazing. Wild Africa Trek we have booked for our upcoming trip and looks really great too. They also have the Savor the Savannah which would be a little more on the relaxing side. All of those will have other guests with you. If just for the two of you, then a nice dinner at Tiffins would be some great 1-on-1 time.
