Does anyone know what is in the big pineapple drink at the lounge in the poly?

From the Tikiman's site:

Lapu Lapu Tropical fruit juices and Myers dark rum served in a fresh pineapple topped w/ Bacardi 151. I read somewhere else that they're $8.95
