Anyone else experiencing this?
My friends and I bought tickets February of 2020. Since things are opening up soon for out-of-state people, we wanted to make reservations. However, our old tickets are gone! Not linked to the app and the email link to the eTicket is 404'd.
I called and after being on hold for 2 hours was able to have my ticket restored to my account, however my friend tried to call today and the queue dropped him after 30 minutes. When he called back an automated message said due to high volume they weren't accepting new people in the queue.
Seems like there's something real weird going on with Disneyland's backend. They really weren't prepared technically for this.
