As promised here is my feedback with regards to my DD 8 princess:
Princess Makeover.

You need to book this makeover in the Store inside the DLH ( 2nd floor )
We booked for the Deluxe Session~My DD chose to have this instead of a
birthday Party with friends.

The session included~
Hair & make up
The Dress & Tiara
A photo shoot
1 photo A4 size ( from a choice of around 8 photo's )

All for 154 Euro's

We were able to purchase any extra photo's from the shoot,
we choose 2x A4 size for 25 Euro's

The hair & make up took around 20 minutes
& as you can see I was welcome to take my own
photos both during the make over & Photoshoot.
My DD enjoyed the whole process.

I was going to attache some pics of her Makeover, but
it seems I cannot post attachements :sad1:

Would anyone know why that is??
Really wanted to share this. xxx

It's a bit expensive but I suppose it would be really special.

They should film it and include a DVD, that would be good.

I presume you mean you can't post a link to the pictures or embed them within your post (the site doesn't do real attachments). To post a link you need to have a post count of 10 or more.

Ahhhh I see, thanks for the explaination Happy.
If you could see the photo's they are really good.

I agree it's expensive, thats why I asked my DD if she
wanted her usual B'day party or this special treat.

I should of added that Makeover packages start at
40 Euro's & your welcome to wear your own Princess
dresses for the photoshoot.

I now feel my post is a bit pointless. :sad2:

I'm glad you posted. Am hoping to do this with my dd in nov. do you know what the other packages were? Would love to see photos you're have to post some more posts lol! :)

Glad your DD enjoyed it. :goodvibes

Not at all. As Happy Tappy said you need to reach a post count of ten before you can post photos - it's to deter spammers. So you only need to do another four posts - either join in on a couple of threads on here or go on the Testing part of the Technical Board here to make them.

I'm sure I speak for everyone here when I say we'd love to see the photos. :)

Sound lovely and a great experience and I'm looking forward to seeing the photos :goodvibes

I will mummy minnie~~~I wonder if my replie's count??

I did want to pick up info to bring home with us, but they
have all the packages & Prices behind the counter in a menu
in the store.

If you do want to do this, choose you day & get it booked
as it can be popular.
My DD had hers done at 9.20am & we went to breakfast after,
a bit over dressed for breakfast I know, but she got admired.

Thanks for the heads up.
I will do that.

Watch out for some pics soon :woohoo:

Ooooh this sounds like a fantastic idea!

Wish my dd was big enough for it. I don't think an 18 month old would appreciate it very much....Do they do it for adults? ;)

Thanks so much for the update! We are hoping to book this for our DD in August before we go to Auberge. Can't wait to see your photos.

What time does the store open at DLH to book the makeovers? We want a specific day (and time) so hubby said he would head over first thing to book. Or does anyone know if your hotel concierge would ring the DLH and book for you on the morning?

You need to pay when you book so you won't be able to get the hotel to ring and book it for you.

I thought they may have been able to charge it to your account like other purchases?

Nevermind - we will hopefully be arriving at NPB at 7amish, and will be heading straight over for EMH, so will hopefully be first ones there to book!

I will be posting the photo's sometime tomorrow. :)

Rosebug the store in DLH was always open when we went
to breakfast at around 9am.
I only booked my DD appointment the day before, but if your
after a certain day & time, then yes I would send Hubby over to
DLH store to book it at first oppertunity.
We were staying at DLH & the concierg couldn't book for me, you
can only do that in the store. x

I thought you could only book on the morning it of the makeover?
This might mean we are a bit stuck, as we arrive the day we want her makeover! (Or I can get my friend to book it and pay for us 3 days earlier if you can book in advance!)

No you can book in advance it's just you have to do it in person. So when we went we booked on the Sunday for the following Wednesday. I can't imagine you'd have any problems getting in as we did this Easter week. I think they get more people booking on the day. When my daughter had it done other little girls were watching and wanted it as a result. I think a lot of people don't even realise you can have it done as we got asked no end of times where she'd 'been done'. You'll love the experience they let us video as well as take photos whilst it was being done.

i can't wait to see your pictures, glad that your little girl enjoyed it.

Ohhh please lets see the pics!!! My dd9 would love to have this done for our upcoming trip in dec!!!! Do they put the hair up? Would love to see your pics!!

I sooooooo hope this works~~Have really been trying to get
my head around how to post photo's~~It's not simple~well
not to me anyway

If it does not work can someone please explain to me how it's done? :flower3:
