First, I am NOT a reseller, I booked this experience for our youth group, and we have had some unexpected cancellations. I need to fill these spots, so if you are planning to come to DL on that day and have a child age 7-17, this is a great workshop. If you are an annual passholder, the cost is $51 for the class. If you need a park hopper, those who did have to cancel would like to get some money back on what they paid (it was a GREAT group rate) so I can make that exchange for you. If you go in with our group park hopper, the cost for the puppetry class is only $20.
These classes are not open to the public, they have to be booked in advance through a group, but we have been doing this program for over 4 years and it's an EXCELLENT educational program.

Puppetry Lab - Friday Sept. 10th
Workshop Description provided:
"The art of animating an inanimate object may be as old as the theater itself, but at Disney the art of puppetry is everywhere you look! Using puppets and techniques designed for some of our own Disney shows, students will learn key concepts in excellent puppet performance. This 90-minute, hands-on workshop will reinforce the basics for beginners, and will allow advanced performers to stretch their skills toward the potential of a career as a professional puppeteer!"
Needs park admission for Disneyland park. Check in at 9am, meet at 9:30 in the Trillium Ballroom at the Grand Californian Hotel. Use the restroom before 9:30am (there is a restroom right outside the Trillium ballroom). This class is approximately 2 hours long including the walk to and from, please wear comfortable shoes students wearing flipflops, open toed shoes, sandals or barefoot will not be admitted no refunds. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and sit on the floor in no dresses. Easy moving pants, and a solid colored (no graphic tees) shirt are appropriate. No shorts higher than fingertip length (elbows straight). NO FOOD may be brought into this workshop bottled water is okay. There will be NO stopping to purchase food. This class is entirely backstage in the Disneyland park. TURN OFF ALL CELL PHONES as they will interfere with the recording. All students will be escorted back to the Trillium room at approximately 12:30pm.
Let me know if you need day parking at the GCH - the regular rate is about $15, our group has vouchers for $7 (ONLY for the group participants).
