This will be our first trip since my son was diagnosed with a shellfish allergy. To be on the safe side, we don't let him eat anything cooked in a shared fryer. I know there are allergy menus at QS restaurants, but most of them seem not to be posted online.
For QS restaurants that serve a lot of fried foods, like chicken nuggets and fries, does there tend to be an allergy-friendly version? Will the shellfish allergy menu just not have any fried foods on it because the only fryer is shared? Does it vary by location? I'll definitely confirm when we get there, but without advanced access to the allergy friendly menus it's hard to pick restaurants that might work for both DS's shellfish allergy and the other dietary needs in our group. I have visions of me wasting hours a day going from QS to QS checking allergy menus, LOL!
