I know you asked for a movie but if you have AppleTV Ted Lasso is a series and is wonderful!!
Season 2 isn’t as good

Sometimes if I've had a bad day I come home and put on a random Ted Lasso episode. Season 1 is better than Season 2 but it would've been hard to make it as good as Season 1.
