I called and explained that I was nervous about all the uncertainty. The CM put me through to someone else who promptly apologized, canceled the tickets, and issued a refund that showed up the next day.I also need to cancel MNSSHP tickets...what is the best way to go about it for a refund?
Disney CMs via chat said I would only be able to apply them to another ticket.
I'm still waiting on a refund for a Villains After Hours party that should have taken place in the beginning of May. The CM said they had to go in and manually refund them, so it might take awhile. I'd call them, but I don't want to spend forever on hold. I'll try again next week.
Thanks! I will. I'm thinking it's because the card I booked with expired at the end of April. They probably can't refund it until I update the card info. I'll call them about it.I got an email from Disney on Friday saying my July 10 VAH was cancelled, and the refund showed up on my credit card yesterday (Tuesday). I’d call again, there’s definitely a problem with yours.
