There are a small number of people who we know are having trouble registering and/or that are unable to communicate through the support@wdwinfo.com account.

When you register, you are sent an automated email by the system that you must reply to in order to activate your account. Unfortunately, some email providers consider the automated emails to be spam and are not sending them on to you. In an even smaller number of cases, they even block specific emails sent from the DIS support account so we can not even help you personally.

The good news is that you can fix this. :) The solution is to go to your user cp > edit profile and change your email address. I know you would rather user your home/work email, but in some cases that is just not possible. You can get a free email account at www.yahoo.com that works with the DIS system. There are others as well, we just know yahoo works. For today anyway. ;)

Once you change your email, you should get the automated email to activate your account. Once you reply, you should be able to post almost immediately. :) :) :)
