Palo brunch is $50 now.

Do I have to pay tax or is that the actual price?
No tax - but there is an added gratuity - which I think is 18%.

Yes, I believe it is 18%.

Was on Dream last week. Remy brunch is now $80. They do not add auto gratuity on either Remy or Palo but tip at your discretion. We ended up tipping $20 pp in Remy
