Renting a Scooter for Universal Hollywood Studios

I need to rent a scooter for my mom for our one day at universal studios hollywood on April 4/24. We are staying at the Garland Hotel. I know the Garland has a shuttle but I do not know if that shuttle is Scooter friendly.

I wanted my mom to have the scooter for CityWalk as well so I didn't really want to rent one at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Does anyone have any suggestion for a 1 day scooter rental for Universal Studios Hollywood?

Or does anyone know if the shuttle from the Garland to Universal is scooter friendly?
