Hello: We're taking my father in law and mother in law(83 and walking is difficult) in October for 5 days, Sunday to Friday. My question is where can I rent a wheel chair and or powered scooter? Any idea what the cost is? Thanks
Here's what Sue posts for off-site providers for ECV's. Power wheelchairs are different because they are only rented to people that have one already because they have to be programmed for each individual.
A big advantage of renting from an off-site provider is that you will have the ECV at the resort, Downtown Disney and from the buses to the parks (which can be a long, long walk).
Any other questions, just ask as everyone here is so incredibly helpful!
Here's the listing of places DIS posters have frequently reported good experiences from:

There's not much else to post because Figaro did such a good job.
The only thing I have to add is that all of them will deliver to your WDW resort (and most other hotels too). Randy's requires that someone be there when the ecv is picked up and delivered. Some people who are experienced users would rather have the scooter waiting for them when they arrive, but some people don't mind being there. It does give a chance to ask questions/get a demonstration, whcih can be especially helpful to someone who has nver used one before.
