We are flying Southwest but just heard with an under 2 lap baby you have to go to ticketing counter at mco for infant boarding pass and show birth certificate....anyone have experience being able to use (or not) resort airline desk?

It was a long time ago (2011) but we definitely checked our bags via RAC. I think they printed our boarding passes too. Then, yes, once we got to the airport, we went to the counter to show my son's birth certificate.

Obviously that was a long time ago (that baby is now 8!). Hopefully someone with more recent experience can chime in.

We flew SW in February and you had to go to the ticketing counter at MCO.
