Heard someone say on the Ken Burns Baseball documentary series that if their life was on the line and they had to have 1 game to save it, they'd want Bob Gibson pitching. I think that's a great choice. There may have been better pitchers (maybe), but I'm not sure there was ever one that was tougher. RIP.
