Thought I'd be adding to this thread today but no luck. Made offers on 2 different contracts this week and both were rejected. Trying to be patient...
 
Does Disney have 30 actual days for rofr or 30 business days? I put in an offer last Thursday for Vero Beach and am anxious to see if I am lucky enough for it to go through! I want to be prepared with the correct waiting time though. Thanks!

It is done generally in 30 calendar days

So sorry to hear of this. I am still waiting on a reply on a contract at old key west submitted 5/3. I am getting more nervous that it's being taken as every day goes on. It's a June use year...

Oh no, that sucks, I'm so sorry. :sad1: That always stinks that it always seems they take their time to decide that they want it. Meanwhile you're waiting on pins and needles. Time to find a better contract.
 
So sad. Just got word that my contract was taken.

Sorry to see this. Did you get the email with the 250pt BLT listing today from Fidelity? June UY I think. Good luck. I've been there, twice with ROFR exercised on me and once with a contract that fell apart. Hang in there!
