My takeaways: 47 resales recorded, of which 16 were financed by Monera Financial or Vacation Club Loans , even some of the smaller ones. Average is $111.65 pp, but if you look at just from 100-200 pts, the average is $100.49 pp.

Oh, and in this same period, there were 7 direct sales of SSR. 5 of these were financed through DVD.

Do you know for sure yours was sent on 4/6? My broker from Fidelity emailed on 4/10 to say that's the date mine was submitted.

Broker is dvcsales.com and I don't have any reason to not believe them.

Could be that the closing agent is just super busy and maybe hasn't had time to tell you it passed ROFR yet...Idk... fingers crossed it's today or tmr!

Nope, I reached out to him Tuesday and he said they're still waiting to hear back and that they will notify me within 1 hour of them knowing.

I think we signed docs the end March or beginning of April to start the process. We didn't get our points until October of that year!!! I have patience, but I really don't!

OMG, Same! Submitted 4/11 and I see people from 4/14 got emails! I have to laugh though, we bought a resale contract at the beginning of the pandemic. Its getting real close now~ finally got the closing document signed by the seller (there was 5 of them and it took around 15 days for them to sign... lucky I was on vacay for half of that or else I would have lost my mind waiting)

Now just need to wait for Deed to be recorded and sent to Disney to get my membership setup (I been reading this can take about 2-4 weeks)

First contract so I am super excited. Hoping I can get a room booked during first week of September for our first DVC visit.

I know people are concerned about timing, so I thought I would mention this:

Submitted to ROFR Monday 04/10/2023
Notified that we passed ROFR on Thursday 04/27/2023 (notified by the agency with whom the contract was listed, about 5 minutes after you guys told me who would notify me).

I'm the seller. I'm not going to go into details about the sale because I don't have the energy to deal with the discussion which would result. If the buyers are on here, they will post details if they choose to do so.

Though I think it typically is the broker who will notify you, I've had a case where the title agent sent me the closing docs and then a couple hours later I received the congratulations notification from the broker contract coordinator.
