After stalking this thread for a while, I can finally join in! We were NOT in the marked for more points. We actually had just agreed that we had enough. And yet, I couldn't help but add on at a Crescent Lake resort. I'm really looking forward to booking BWV for Wine and Dine next year without having to worry about what will be available at 7 months!

Finally got our emailled that we passed! I had actually just told my husband that our next purchase would have to be direct (we were at 1 resale and 1 direct before this contract) because I'm not good at waiting.

So I have no idea. Can you? I thought they expire at the end of this month for a June UY? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

If you look in your contract it should list how many points are left in the UY and how many are banked from where.

The seller can't bank now or after the contract was sent to ROFR. If the seller was able to bank then the ROFR process had to start over as everything is different now.

Hopefully your contract states that the points have already been banked, otherwise the points will expire next month.

Finally closed today on my 50 point SS contract (Addonitis is SO real!)! I passed ROFR in September after 13 days and it was a delayed closing. Worth the wait! Now to just wait to hear from Disney about when I can start using my new points!

Always watching this post even when I’m not waiting! I feel all of the emotions while seeing your passed and taken contracts! Keep on keeping on, everyone!!

So excited that we now own at Boardwalk!!! Should have done this years ago since we go to F&W every year. Now my BLT direct points can be earmarked for VDH instead of hoping for a 7 month BWV.

We passed yesterday and submitted on 4/25. No guarantees that you won’t hear sooner but my guess is you won’t hear until Tuesday

Recently it's between 2-3 weeks. There's a thread called Closing Time similar to this one that you can use to get an idea of the current timeframes.

Right now, it’s running at about 21 days, but it is trending longer.

Congrats on that BLT one!! I also submitted an offer on that and the agent didn't even respond! Don't know what's so hard about a little bit of customer service....oh well!
