This is incorrect, the data string should only include the total cost to the buyer at closing. That's what allows an apples to apples comparison of all these different sales.

@teetee830 it sounds like your cost was $8,000 plus whatever prorated dues you paid.

"due at closing" which I assume means due for the buyer. Why would anyone want seller-paid closing costs included in the price in the ROFR thread?

Agree! The descriptor is where you can add a short bit about any seller paid expenses to clarify.

Not the best deal, but it worked within our budget. It took an extra week before getting sent to ROFR to close out the prior contract with the previous buyer.
