Royal vs Celebrity

My wife and I recently finished a 7 night sailing on Royals Voyager of the seas to Maine and Canada. It was a nice trip and overall we enjoyed it. We’ve been on several Royal cruises before but it had been at least 5 years and I must say we didn‘t enjoy the food as much as previous cruises. I don’t know if it was just this ship, or Royal in general isn’t as good as we remember. In March we sailed on the Celebrity Silhouette to the abc islands and thought that the food was amazing. We have another sailing on the Celebrity Apex next march. I’ll be curious as to how the food is on it. What’s your opinion? Celebrity or Royal?

Haven’t been on Royal since 2015 so won’t comment about that, but we were on the Apex in January and loved the food and ship.
