Anything discovered about the feeds?

I am (or was ) specifically subscribed to the Budget Board and Community Board RSS feeds but I've not had any new updates since 1/28/2008.

When I try going to the budget board and resubscribe, I get a blank page that says Done down in the bottom left corner.
