If I ship a box for our trip to Carribean Beach will they deliver it to our room or do we have to pick it up at the front desk?
I need some help regarding my upcoming trip to WDW. I will be staying at POR from September 3 to September 7 before moving over to AKL until September 13.
I already ordered some things online which I cannot get in Germany. When I placed my order it said that the items will be shipped in 2 weeks. That's why I ordered it for my stay at AKL. Unfortunately I just got an email that the order has been shipped already!! As I said I will arrive at WDW on September 3 but my stay at AKL is not before September 7. Does anybody know if they are going to hold the package at AKL until I check in on the 7th? Does it make sense to just go there next weekend and ask for my package? I would of course show them my hotel reservations for AKL and POR and my ID.
I am really concerned that I will not get my package!!
Thanks in advance!
No worries, they will hold your package at AKL. Bell Services likes to keep it under 7 days for holding packages, but due to a shipping mishap they have actually held a package for us for 12 days.
We made a Prime Now order last night and scheduled a delivery to GF SL this morning between 10am and 12pm. I spent 15 minutes with Bell Services trying to find where my package has been stored before he found out it has already been delivered to my room! This was so unexpected... (Bell guy did his best to help me find my package, he even invited me in the storage room where they put everything!)
Assuming I am called Mickey Mouse, here is how I filled the address for both Amazon Prime and Amazon Prime Now:
Edited: the first post of this topic has all the hotel addresses.

so we are staying at all star music. we have tickets to the not so scary party. I delayed due to money ordering my son's costume with amazon prime. Amazon says it will arrive to my house the day we leave. I am driving and wont actually get to Disney till 3 days later. is it a problem having my package arrive early.
I used Prime Now last month at AoA and will use again next month at POFQ. Got my room text at noon and when I arrived my order was there too (I ordered from the airport that morning and asked for a 10am-12pm delivery. Hope you have a great trip. I'll be there at the same time. Will look for another person wearing Crimson. ROLL TIDE!I am planning on ordering cases of water for our Oct. 14th trip. We are at Pop for the first 3 nights then SSR for the next 6. Is Amazon Prime the best way to go??? I used Costco years ago and I have heard that Staples is another good choice. For an arrival of Oct. 14th at Pop and Oct. 17th when should I order? Thanks

oh no!!! I just placed two orders last night! 1 to Pop from Staples and one to SSR from Amazon! In the All Ears newsletter that came out today, someone wrote in and advised the following:
"Jillian writes: We just returned from an eight-day stay at Walt Disney World and I have a tip regarding package deliveries from stores like Amazon. We ordered items for our baby (diapers, wipes, formula, etc.) 10 days prior to our trip and had them shipped to All Star Sports. I received emails a few days prior to our check-in day that our packages were delivered. Because of this, I only packed enough baby items for our first day. When we checked in around noon time, I asked about our packages and was told that hotels have been so overwhelmed with the number of package deliveries in the past several months, they no longer have the space to store the packages on-site. Instead, packages are sent to an off-site location. When you check in, your packages are then called for... but it can take a few days to get them to you. About 75 percent of our stuff was located by midnight, the rest by the following day. Needless to say, it was a very stressful start to our vacation and I won't be doing that again."
Has anyone else heard or experienced this?
