Good Afternoon/Evening/Morning depending on when youre reading this!

Thanks for stumbling onto my PTR for my upcoming trip to WDW; and let me say my FIRST EVER SOLO trip to WDW!
I'll be going from February 10th to 16th. Now this isnt to say Ive never travelled on my own, because I usually travel
solo. Flights, driving, buses, trains, overnight hotels, Ive done it all when it comes to getting somewhere solo, however,
this is the first time I will be travelling somewhere and I wont be meeting up with someone or a group on the other end.
An entire week on my own at the World!

So, firstly let me introduce the cast of this trip& Well, actually, I guess thats just me!

My name is Bryan and I live in a suburb outside of the beautiful city of Vancouver, in British Columbia up here in Canadas
West Coast. I am currently 26 (Ill be 27 just a few weeks after I return). I currently work full-time for Enterprise Rent-a-Car,
as the Vehicle Repair Coordinator for British Columbia (I know, sounds exciting right?) I am also a full-time student at one
of our local universities, studying Business Management (over my off and on post-secondary career, Ive studied many
things, but decided to stick it out with business). I have been to WDW three times previously (although one of those trips
was just a one day visit to MK as I was down in Florida helping my ex-girlfriend move back to her home state of Tennessee).
The first time I was down was in late May 2011 for two weeks with two buddies of mine. The second time I was actually a
part of the International College Program, so I lived and worked at Disney for three months in the summer of 2012. I worked
in Outdoor Food and Beverage at the Animal Kingdom, and absolutely loved working at that position.

Here's one of my graduating from the Disney College Program!

Trip Details to follow!

Well, I guess I should maybe include some plans and details
for this trip of mine, seeing as how it’s only 26 days away now!

As I had mentioned above, I’m from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
So.. flying from here to Orlando is not going to happen. I mean,
sure, they offer the flights, but no, I’m not willing to pay those
kinds of ridiculous prices to fly “internationally.” My fail proof
and a very common practice of mine (any many Vancouverites),
is to jump in the car and make the short 3-hour drive down the
I-5 to Seattle, Washington and fly out of there instead. The
trade-off? A short 3 hour drive to save approximately 50-60% +
off of the Vancouver-Orlando ticket prices. Sounds pretty fair to
me!

I am one of those crazy people who prefer to fly redeye for the
majority of my travel. No, it’s not that I love the empty airports
at the dead of night, you know, the ones that make you feel as
of a zombie apocalypse is imminent. Nor do I love the dark skies
and lack of any kind of scenery while shooting through the skies.
However, once again, living in Vancouver and travelling east, it’s
not exactly feasible to leave and arrive on the same day, with any
hope of getting anything done on that first day. So, instead of
leaving at 6am from Vancouver and arriving at 7pm or later,
and essentially wasting one day of my trip, I opt to leave at
11pm and arrive to Orlando at 9am or what have you, and still
having the WHOLE DAY!

So my plan (tentative) looks like this:

Sunday February 9th:
- I fly out of SeaTac Airport at around 11:30pm, so I'll pack
the car and head out of town at around 6pm. One of the perks of
working for a rental car company, is that I won't have to park my
car at the airport, but rather take one of our rentals with American
plates and drop it off at SeaTac for free, which helps.

Monday February 10th:
- Then I land at gool ol' MCO at approx. 9:30am on Monday
morning. Head down and board the Magical Express! Speaking of
which, guess what showed up today?!

I'm staying at Pop Century for the duration of my stay at Disney, so
I'll head there and check in. Then its off to the parks!

Now, because I'm going Solo, I'm trying not to plan too much, but
Ive worked a tentative schedule for now for park visiting!

Feb 10th:
- Afternoon: HS
- Night: MK

Feb 11th:
- Morning: AK
- Night: Epcot

Feb 12th:
- Morning: HS
- Night: MK

Feb 13th:
- Morning: AK
- Night: HS

Feb 14th:
- Morning: MK
- Night: Epcot

Feb 15th:
- Morning: HS
- Afternoon: Epcot
- Night: AK
- Late Night: MK

Feb 16th:
- Morning: AK
- Night: MK

And as for the 17th and 18th? Well, those days are in the works!
Non-Disney days you know, might me Miami, might be Clearwater,
might be more Orlando (Universal)!

On a side note! I bought a new camera in prep for this trip!
