I watched a small bit from Rob's podcast with Hunter. He explained that he was trusting Tiff to vote for Q since that was the talk around camp. He was figuring on the vote coming out to 4 for Q and 3 for him, so he wasn't expecting to play his idol. When Tiff voted for Hunter instead, that's where his game blew up.

The players leaving with idols... "I knew I should have played it," remind me of me with Wordle. "I should have gotten it in 2, if only I had used the word I was thinking instead of the word that I did." The bottom line is that we both didn't.

Glad to see others annoyed over Liz's sense of entitlement. Her whole thing about how can people leave me out of the reward because her and her daughter have a standing Applebees reservation was over the top. My favorite part of her blow up was when Venus started to walk over to console her and then stopped and took a step back as Liz started losing it again.

Third person to go home with an idol this season!!! Boggles the mind. Not sad to see Tiff go though and glad Venus seems to be of the radar for now. Q lives another day but I think Charlie is starting to put more of a target on his back. Maria is making the big moves now and Liz is definitely a whack job. I was really surprised she changed her mind and voted out Tiff over Q.

I thought what Q did was awful to Liz. She has not been able to eat much due to her allergies and begged him to pick her. He could have taken her over one of the others he selected. Also, Tiffany, Kenzie, and Maria were horrid. They had no compassion for her. One of them should have given up their spot. And the way they laughed about the situation at their reward and then flaunted it in her face upon their return. I wish Q had gone but am fine with it being Tiffany. My concern is they will keep Q and Venus around thinking they can get rid of them at any time and they make it to the end.

Liz went out to Survivor knowing she would be able to barely eat anything (allergic to coconut to a place where that's a common food for players to eat for example nor could she do fruits) and even the best prepared players can have meltdowns due to the extreme stress.

I know some were questioning why production allowed her on and I tend to agree with that questioning but if Liz accepted that she would be playing under conditions where the food would be scarce for her that's something she needed to be prepared for. I don't think any player owed Liz the food just because she had a connection to it but the part I didn't like was Tiff saying in her exit interview that Q refused to let Kenzie or her volunteer to let Liz go in their place. Now I get it, he picked who he picked but I'm not sure that I've seen a player (maybe I'm just not remembering) refuse to allow someone to volunteer to allow someone else to go instead.

I think the players at this point think Q is just a person to take who won't get any actual votes in the end but I guess we'll see what chaos he creates next week

I have to disagree. Liz is a drama queen. I don't believe she actually has the allergies she claims. For one thing. I don't think they'd cast someone with true anaphylaxis--too much danger of them accidently ingesting something and going into anaphylactic shock.

A couple examples: I have eczema. Red foods (red peppers, strawberries) can make it flare up and itch. I'm NOT going to die, it's just (literally) irritating. I avoid the foods, but I'm not truly allergic. Similarly, some people are actually allergic to dairy (which must suck). OTOH, 40% of adults have a lactose intolerance, which won't kill you, but WILL make you uncomfortable for a couple days. The latter isn't an allergy, but the former is, and can lead to anaphylactic shock and potentially death.

The fact that Liz claims all these allergies, woe is me, but can miraculously eat every thing on the Applebee's reward is just too over-the-top. And Q is entitled to take the people HE wants on HIS reward.

Yeah I keep questioning (1) why she thinks she could do the show knowing full well the limits on food (2) how did she ever get through the physical clearance with show.

And for eating “nothing” how is she not a toothpick? The others are eating a bit and most lost lots. One reason I said send Tiff home is her strength and seemingly not affected from low food.

The Liz memes were instant on the internet so that’s a plus.

If she didn't vote how they told her I think she for sure will be next. She truly is no threat at this point unless they let her get to the final. She will throw out there that she has not eaten in 999 days but she is still there, that it was her vote that sent Tiff home, that she was blah blah blah.

She was a bit irritating and buggy but tolerable until the temper tantrum. I'd be happy if she went next and that is saying a lot because every week I wish Venus were gone.
