Table Service at a resort ?

We have one night left to plan a dinner (our 5th night) for on our May holiday. I don't even know which park we may be at that day as we will have done Mk and Epcot and don't know which one/both we will repeat. I was wondering about going to a resort for dinner ~ possibly Chef Mickeys? We will have at least 4 TS coupons left possibly 8 if we back out of CRT..still not sure if that's worthwhile. Anyhow please tell me your favourites.
We have planned Alfredo Di Roma (epcot), CRT (mk), Hoop dee doo, 50's prime time (mgm) already.
We have dd11 and ds8 with us.

For 1TS: Biergarten (Epcot), Spoodles, (BoardWalk), Marrakesh (Epcot), Coral Reef (Epcot), Chefs de France (Epcot).

Is the Corel Reef only 1 ts per person? I thought it was 2...hmm
