tasting session

Has anyone not been able to get a tasting session (other than for a reception at the California Grill)? Are there certain times of the year that are harder to get? My daughter's planning session is right in the middle of spring break. Is that a huge problem?

no,but also want to do it for them.

I've never heard of anyone not being able to get one. If one chef isn't available that day, they'll send someone else from the kitchen.
