Tempering chocolate....HELP!

I made orange chocolate truffles last year at christmastime and they were awesome! But I didn't temper the chocolate. I would like to do that this year, but I have some questions. Can anyone with experience in this technique message me or reply to this thread and help me out? I just have a few questions I need to ask. Thank you!
 
Make sure you get a thermometer and do it properly, otherwise, it'll go out of temper and your chocolate will be very unpretty!
