The season 2 finale of The Mandalorian was released this past Friday, and if you stayed around for the credits, you would have seen an announcement for The Book of Boba Fett coming December 2021.
Just to clarify, this is a new show, not season 3 of The Mandalorian. They are two different things.
So, the upcoming Star Wars Disney+ shows over the next year or two are:
The Bad Batch
Andor
Obi-Wan Kenobi
Ahsoka Tano
Rangers of the New Republic
The Acolyte
Lando
Star Wars Visions
A Droid Story
The Book of Boba Fett
The Mandalorian (season 3)
I think that was all of them.
