Good morning!!! It's THURSDAY!!! I "think" today will be my last working day before summer vacation--I'll end up working some while I'm off, but I do that anyway, PLUS I'm at home!!

Great news again from Blythe yesterday. Her O2 levels were the best they've been. She's on a CPap now, not on a ventilator, and she even beat the ventilator levels. . .I think it's from the fact that they got to hold her, but perhaps I'm biased! She's 4 weeks old today--so hard to believe!!

Deb, I hope the birthday dinner is awesome!!

Finish resort swap and package it up
Make DH sit down with me to go over itinerary for our Montana vacation - only 6 more days till we leave!!!!!

4 tons of driveway rock delivered
roof washer to come
finish washing windows
prime the kitchen tile (painting it wall color - it is ugly)
sweep
clean in the garage
Pork in the crock pot (no microwave or stove, so we do the best we can.)

No, I think you are right Brooke. The more they can hold and touch Blythe the better it is for her. Not touching results in failure to thrive. She will respond to more touching. I am so glad to hear the good news.

Been a long week. Nothing at all really, just downy dumpy girl time. The BCP don't really help with part, no matter what the commercials say. They make it less, but they don't really go away.

Finish packing up swap.
Get to post office before lunch.
Work on AK swap - I'm late with my own timeline.
Laundry in between.
Hot Dogs for dinner tonight because with the dumpy girl, lazy girl visits too.

Great news on Blythe!!! I think being able to hold her gave her that little more "parent love" she had been longing for to know that everyone loved her and was pullin' for her!! Go BLYTHE!!!

I've been up and cutting on my bug... I have about 30 minutes more work to do for my angel spot in T'n'T.
DD to take DS14 to BB. I took away XC for her because it was lightening. Sorry, don't want you struck by lightening but I'm the bad mom....
Pick up DS14 take him & babysitting kids to last day of BB camp @ 8:45
Post office for angel spot
pick up everyone from camp @ 1030
enjoy the day because we are done til.......

BB league game for DS14 @ 5:30pm game time @ 6:30pm

I've got a 2 and a half to 3 hour dental appointment this morning! Can you tell I'm excited?! I'm sooooo not looking forward to it, but I've put off this crown for far too long. I've got a few phone calls to make before I leave and when I come home I've got to pack for GS camping tomorrow night. Fun fun fun!

Email PBF about time for her ds's party
Email Norelle re - her party tonight (which is right *after* PBF's party)
Email to C.K. to schedule coffee some morning.

Try to get Sharpie Marker out of the Bean's new shorts
Shower
Put away shoes and clothes in my room
Groceries (maybe)
Target (maybe)
Pick up the Bean
Max off the bus

I just discovered this part of the board. I only have been here for almost 3 years. Mainly found it, because of PBF posted on MAW swap about her DH and I was on a hunt to find out how he was doing.

So for me today this is what I need to get done:

spread the Turf Builder on the new area of grass planted
bath one dog (she is scratching like a mad woman)
apply flea medicine to all 3 dogs
dust house
vaccum house
DO NOT SNACK on everything all day long

Took DS to school so he did not have to endure the school bus - will have to solve this problem...but later.
Prepare goody bags.
Grocery store/BJs run for juice boxes, etc. for party and get them into cooler with ice to chill.
Do banking and get gas.
Confirm party with lovely man at bowling alley.
Make "pinball machine" cake - seriously.
Deal with the phone ringing off the hook with DH's doctors - past, present, and future.
Keep watching him like a hawk - he's home today, but can lift NOTHING!
Conference call with reading comprehension evaluator - get her report recommendations. This is HUGE!
Take DS and friends to the bowling alley/arcade for the party.
Hug my (local) friends who are helping me get through this crap!
Race home and go with Shamrock to the Garden Club annual BBQ tonight.

I vegged for a while, even snoozed too. I hate dental work and I was really nervous. I was shaking like a leaf after the Novocaine. The worst is over, just have to wait for the permanent crown. I'm sure that's easy as pie compared to the pre-stuff!
