Welcome aboard, you're up early for a Sat, guess that's having 6 month old twins. I'll try & answer some of your questions;

Yes lots of people sailing from UK, I guess they're just not up yet

Weather,I've read advise to bring layers as can be quite changeable across Atlantic.

Train from airport, from what I've read best/ cheapest method seems to be aero bus that takes you from airport into Barcelona, it depends when you're arriving really, we get in on the Friday so are using aero bus,spending day in Barcelona & then on cruise morning using port buses, on the 1st page of this thread there's a link to lots of info. With two young babies A Taxi might be your best option though - I think I read it was about 35 euros.

Not sailed before, but I think you can buy nappies on board or order them beforehand? Or you could always stock up in Barcelona before you board ship.

Puerto Rico transfers, we've booked ours with Disney, think the only other option is a private Taxi, but I can't remember any costs on that one.

How can you upgrade befor PIF from the website? Im lost

Logged in, pulled up my itinerary, clicked on reservation summary then next to my Confirmation number it says "modify" clicked on that and takes you into options to change cabin or cat.
Only had a balcony once(free upgrade) before and said I would never pay for one, complete waste for us, used it 10 mins over the 4 days sailing but at $340 for 14 nights I think it was worth doing.

We're very prepared actually, all flights are book and paid for, hotels are a booked, rental car is booked. We still need to book universal tickets for my parents (we have an annual pass) and decide what to do in each port. Come ok disney, you're holding us up!!

Just finally put together the LAST piece of the puzzle that is the WBTA14 yesterday. All flights (flying Aer Lingus and even ordered an Irish Breakfast onboard!) and the Barcelona hotel, and our W&F ressies at Epcot afterwards..... and Goodness, that feels great! I almost felt like I was cheating on the planning for next month's EBTA by doing that hahahaha.

I did pop my head in and say Hi many months ago, but I know how fast these threads move, so I just wanted to say I'm still here.
We are me - Hayley, hubby - Terry, 2 x girls - Lucy (13) and Bella (turning 12 on the cruise) and 1 x boy - Orlando 3. We are from QLD, Australia.
This is our third DCL cruise, We did the WBTA in 2010 and the Hawaiian in 2012.
We are all very excited, especially my 3 years old who ask me daily if we are going on the "Ma Mou boat" today, that will teach me for telling him so early.

Am I too late to join the FE? Mixology? Champagne Girls? Anything?

You can be added to the waitlist of group Palo brunch if you would like - I am awaiting some reservation confirmations, and I know a group of 6 is sending their's today or tomorrow to confirm.
