This is a NO SPELLING POLICE THREAD!
The Spelling Police will be off duty and possibly slurring their own typing by the end of the evening. Typos & illegibility allowed! :woohoo: :drinking: :drinking1 And if your posts are still making sense by hour 3, you aren't sloshed enough.

Or, we are as toasted as you are!
Sloshed.GIF
:lmao:

Let's have another fun evening! party: :jumping1: :rainbow: :welcome:

A little heads up for newbies: The Red Carpet segment goes really quickly on this thread. People are typing like crazy all at the same time, posting about the different dresses.

If you post something or ask a question and it seems to get ignored, :( you are NOT being ignored. Everyone is just watching, typing & posting so quickly before the dress goes off the screen. We do most of the reading, scrolling back & posting back to each others' comments during the COMMERCIALS! :surfweb: Your posts will get a response then. :hyper2:

Once the show starts, it slows down to a more comfortable pace. Just hang in with us! It's going to be a great evening. :hyper2: :lmao:  :sad2: :thumbsup2

Sometimes, it seems that things that don't quite fit in the drama catergory - or more likely, when the producers don't think it has a chance of winning in the drama category, it gets stuffed in the comedy category.

Imzadi, I don't watch most of the shows listed but I always look forward to your award threads and the many comments and pics. Thanks for all you do and enjoy the evening everyone. :)

I’ve got the E Countdown on the Red Carpet on in the background as I make dinner. :)
Same LOL. Just saw the woman who plays Ava on Abbott Elementary. She is absolutely hilarious. Hope she wins for whatever she is nominated for. It is such a great show.

I usually haven't seen a lot of the nominees either. Either they are a genre I'm not interested in, or I don't get the premium channels they are on. I do like tuning in for the dresses and the camaraderie here in these threads. :goodvibes

I’m glad I’ll never have to walk the red carpet.
Some of the questions would just be too deep for me to answer. Lol.

I am so bummed, our Internet is out, which means my access to the boards is limited, and I can’t even watch the show!

Sheryl Lee Ralph looks like she's been pumping iron, her arms look really strong.
