DH brought me home a
Sour Cream Coffee Cake recipe from a woman at work. Everyone including DH raved about it. Seems nice and simple I am going to try to make it next week. Here is the recipe.
Sour Cream Coffee Cake
1 Package of Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 Package of Vanilla Instant Pudding (sm box)
8 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 cup Oil
4 Eggs
1 Tpsp Vanilla Extract
Hand mix until there are no more lumps.
Filling
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
Mix Together.
Spread 1/2 to 2/3 of mixture in Bundt Pan. Then spoon in 3/4 of fillin gmixture. Add rest of the cake mixture and then top with remaining filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
(***** I made this recipe since posting it took about 50-55 minutes in bundt pan to cook. Also, I did not love the white sugar in the filling. I think next time I make it I will try to substitute brown sugar)
