Tour to Virgin Gorda vs. Day at the Baths vs. On your Own

We would like to visit the Baths when we stop in Tortola in December. The Disney day at the baths is pricey for 5 of us so, my first thought was that we'll do it on our own as I found a great thread on here that tells you how. Now, I am debating about doing the Tour of Virgin Gorda. It's cheaper but less time at the Baths. Would we want more than 2 hours to swim and explore there? Looking for any advice from anyone that has done these. Also, if you've done it recently what the current price of Speedy's is. Their site doesn't offer much info. Thanks!

We did the DIY tour last October. Virgin Gorda was pretty torn up still, so we didn't spend more than 2 hours over there, including The Baths. We walked both trails down to the beach but didn't go through the boulders as it was somewhat crowded and we just lost patience. LOL!

FWIW, the DIY option is very easy and gives you a lot of freedom if that is valuable to you.

I actually was debating this exact thing tonight lol. We are going on our first Disney cruise in November and I've heard great things about the Baths. I saw both of those excursions and I think we're gonna go with the Tour of Virgin Gorda. It doesn't come with lunch, but it's so much cheaper and we'll plan to eat a big breakfast before. There's only two of us before and since we've never done a cruise we want to do the guided tours. With you having 5 people, though, that's a big difference.

Found this thread before posting my own. If you do the Tour of Virgin Gorda without the lunch, what time do you usually leave the ship and return?
