Excellent. Thank you

Is there a strong rumor that TOWL is closing?? I hope not as we just bought into BLT and it was a fun selling point to convince some of our family members to come on our next trip. Thank you!
It renews on an annual basis. Just like signing a lease, because that’s exactky what it is. Disney leases that space from the BLT owners.
I can’t imagine they’d leave the doors unlocked if there’s nobody staffing the lounge. I wonder who pays for the time that the DVD rep in the lobby spends escorting people to the elevator. All staff would have to be funded by dues at that point.Suppose if Disney say they don't want the lease any more, the management co would have to decide what happens.
Heading Home in a few weeks and we have never gone to TOWL. Where do we go to get in and what time do you recommend getting there for the fireworks? Thanks!
Half hour or so before fireworks. Remember that you are supposed to take Disney transportation to BLT and not drive and try to park in the lot.Heading Home in a few weeks and we have never gone to TOWL. Where do we go to get in and what time do you recommend getting there for the fireworks? Thanks!
Thanks! Our Daughter is expecting and thought it may be a better option than fighting the crowds. We would probably just walk over from MKHalf hour or so before fireworks. Remember that you are supposed to take Disney transportation to BLT and not drive and try to park in the lot.
If you are walking over from the MK, leave the MK about an hour before to give you time to make the walk and get into the building. There is lots of room on the deck outside to watch the fireworks. Thanks! Our Daughter is expecting and thought it may be a better option than fighting the crowds. Was disappointed when we visited in May. Fireworks were over, but it was still crowded. Two servers for the entire lounge and neither were actively circulating, just at the point of sale terminal or tending to a very few tables. We sat for 15 minutes at the easy chairs near the center of the room and never got a sniff of service. Seemed woefully understaffed, they were losing more than just our business that night. We left and went to outer rim. Got a drink there, but they were shutting down at 10! Really disney, shutting down the bar at 10? Someone is asleep at the wheel with these staffing/operating decisions.
I do wish they’d designate indoor seating (a portion even?) to guests who will actually will purchase refreshments.
Lately I haven't seen many guest occupying seat in the lounge that didn't have an order in. There are definitely more people actually using the lounge versus those just killing time for the fireworks.
