Toy Story Mania- 4 year old?

Is there height requirement for Toy Story Mania & does a 4 year old ride by themself?

I took my 22 month old on it a few weeks ago and it was fine. He didn't shoot at anything but seemed to like the ride. The gun adjusts down if you are smaller so that they can shoot it if they understand how. Great ride btw, my new favorite shooter type.
