It is whip cream. The sauce is a Carmel syrup that is the best syrup I have ever tasted. We were licking it off.

I agree on your Waikiki opinion. The only thing I like about Waikiki is the dining options.

Agree Waikiki has wonderful dining options but that is about it for us too. We probably will go back next time to eat somewhere else there again but only once every trip. They are many places we want to try so not going back to Duke's again. I think we just do one dining place each time there and hit up a different place each time to slowly try everything. That is the good thing about owning at Aulani, we know we will be back

So next forgot we had to stand in line to get the fish feeding today. You do need to get in line early the fish feeding fills up quickly.
My son was soo excited.

We did the earliest one.



You meet over at the snorkeling area.
My son had doo much fun feeding the fish. It was great having a cast member there explain the fishes in the tank. My son loves learning fun facts.

Next we then went to see Moana! My son was so happy.

And chatted with her for a while.

Next we head to the beach area to play in the beach.


My mom made some yummy drinks for us and of course I had to drink it in my dvc cup.


The water felt great. Just a little cool to feel good from the heat.

My dad even made it into the water too!!!
First time.
Memories!



Then we dry off my son and get him some food in him.
And then drop him off at Auntys for Goofy surf school. My son did this last time and wanted to do it again.
He said he had a good time. It was nice that it was 3 hours. I love my son gets some cool quality time with characters and kids his own age too. I also love that we get photos from these paid ones. They make surf boards you get to keep too.

While my son was playing with Goofy we ate some lunch.
I ordered some lunch. These wings are fantastic. They are only available at the pool menu now.
I then got the amazing cupcake from the Cafe.

It is super cute and the filling has real fruit in it!! And it is ulu mel!
Next we go do a little snorkeling with my son so we can try it out without a 6 year old distraction. That was really nice. No pics but fun. Then we warm up in adult hot tub. No pics.
We go change and then head down to relax. We get some pics with mickey cause why not?


Then head to off the hook to drink and we watch the pool party show. Pretty cool to bad it happened while my son was in Auntys. Can't do it all. Next time.




Then it was time to pick up my son.
He was very happy.
He wanted to check out the fishes. We asked if he wanted to go snorkeling he said no just look at them.

Then we had back to room to drop off surf board. He loved it.

My son place with dinos for a little. Then we head to the ukulele lesson. My sons was being shy at the time so he was hiding. But he came out and started playing and having fun.





They make it easy to follow along and learn the basics. I recommend this class for sure and it is free. If u know how to play a guitar like my mom did it is easier. But I did not know and I picked it up.
We head back to the room and my son and my dad just want to relax in the room and eat dinner there. My mom, husband and me go to Olelo room. We loved this place from last time. We got a great spot next to the water.

We debated on what to order. I put in these yummy sliders. We each get one perfect

Also drinks!!! The drinks are so colorful and they have some specialty drinks u can only get here.

More food.. the edamame was great.

Then we order sushi! This place does a great job with sushi.
I got nigiri, I do not like sushi so this is how I get more fish and rice without seaweed. Lol.

More sushi!!! Look how cute they present them and the little mickey.


More drinks were needed...

And dessert... soo good. We each got our own for this.. to yummy to share.

Music played during the later portion of our meal.

Overall such a great dinner. I highly suggest coming here for dinner. The quality, service and atmosphere is top notch.
Next we head back to the room.
And this is when I take pics of the pin trading I did early. Forgot about this. But I did pin trading at the swim shack. I traded for a figment l so cute.

And I noticed a dino a carnitores from The Dinosaurs movie that people forget about that disney made in the 2000s. I comment I have not seen a pin from that movie and my son loves it but he is in auntys and so we shall see if the pin will be back here tommorow when he has his pins to trade. The castmember ask how old he was I said 6 and then gave to me as a little pixie dust. She said no one else even knew that pin or wanted it. Such a wondeful castmember!!
My son was soooo excited!!! He put it on his dinosaur backpack he carries every where.

I really love disney castmembers they make all the difference.

Random pics from that day that I forgot.
I ended up buying this cover... I have been eyeing it for a couple days but it was expensive... so I was trying to resist. I ended up buying it. Lol. It is just soo pretty and provides 50 sun protection.


Also forgot to mention at the end of the ukulele lesson u get these card to keep to practice if u like.

Then we relaxed and went to bed. What great day in Aulani.

Day 7:
We started off if some beach yoga.
It was so relaxing and nice way to stretch it all out. I kept staring out at the views thinking way is this real. They provide mats for you to use.

After some lovely stretching it was time to pack up and head to the north shore and PCC.
Our plan was to hit up the smaller food truck area in the north shore for lunch before we head to PCC.
The smaller one has lots of options. Here are some of the food trucks.



We had fun with the signs.


I went with traditional garlic shrimp. We split up what we were going to get.
I got this last year and loved it. Yep... still looove it!! Also no line.

My mom with the Korean BBQ. The food was average there we love our Korean BBQ this did not wow us but was still good.


My husband did the big burrito place that had a huge line. He looved it!! Lots of yummy fish in it to he said.

Then we went to get the shaved ice from our fav place... and sad news it was closed. It does not open till noon... we need to be at PCC by then. Soo sad... next time we need to come later.

Well time for us to head off to PCC.
We sunblock and go the bathroom when we arrive. Then follow the crowds till we see the VIP sign.
We booked the VIP super Ambassador Tour.

They have u wait in a tent area with snacks and drinks for your tour guide. They have chairs to sit and relax.

Also cool art work.



We meet out guide. We mention we wanted the vip guide cause our son can get overwhelmed easily. So wanted someone to help make it as easy as possible for him.
We take some fun group pics.

Our guide takes us around island to island. This place reminds me of Epcot with each spot representing a different country.
They put down reserve seats for us in each place to. So nice. Our first island my husband was picked for audiance participation.





My husband had to try and recreate the dance. He did a great job.

And got a little crown.


Our son loved seeing his dad up there. Cheering and laughing.
Next my son wanted to do more music lessons. So we went to ukulele area.


No pics of him doing it... it was a video. My son likes watching us doing it first then doing it.
The lessons were cute it helped we already had some in Aulani.
We move on and check out some history.


Then we made a cute fish and played a game with it.



So far loving all the interactive activities my son is having a great time.

Then next came another great show.



With my fav person!! My husband and me remember him from our honeymoon about 10 years ago. He is still there and soo funny!!


They asked for audiance participation and go to join and drink coconut juice and got a little crown for it too.

(I was told later I was wearing it backwards)

And then there was fire!!!

My sons fav part the climbing of the tree. He wanted to see this after he saw a utube video of it.



Pretty cool and they make great jokes during.

Next we try to make fire like we saw...


We suck at it... lol.

We check out the boat aka Moana boat. Cool to see one in real life.

Next we did more dancing! In the next island.


Then got a tattoo.


Then we tried fishing since my son really wanted to try it out. Our tour guide warned us it was really hard to catch anything. So we prepped up our son for that.

Good thing she warned us about the fishing...cause no Fish.


Next we went to pound on sticks for music. Good thing we were covered it started pouring really hard. It was really fun.

Then we played a ball game.



My son had so much fun.
Next we saw another show and again it started raining while we in it. Perfect timing again.


We say goodbye to our guide. She was wonderful guiding us to the things our son will like and explaining everything for us.
Now we head off to the dinner luau and this is when things fall apart.

My son is tried after a long day... and hungry.... we have a melt down
Not fun... we do get fun non alcoholic drinks.

The luau dance was very nice. They told the history while dancing. They did do a little white washing of the history when it came to the rich white farmers taking over the country then asking US to take it over.


See my son hiding from the pic... he was not in a good mood. We hit our time limit of how much our 6 year old can handle.
The buffet was good too. I forgot to take pics of it. But very yummy.
And once we got my son calm down and food in him we were able to watch the show.


They asked for kids to come up and participate and my son by then was in a better mood. So he went up and joined to the super of all of us...

More dancing.


Over all loved the luau. It was great food, storytelling and dancing.
We then head out. We are debating about leaving before the big show Ha Breath. My son is saying he is tired and done. He just wants to go back to the hotel.... and we do not want another meltdown again so we head back to the hotel. I am sad we missed the major show Ha Breath but 6 year olds can only last so long... soo we left early. My son said he did enjoy is day, he was just tired. So warning to parents of little ones. PCC is great for kids but it is a long day and they may not make it to the end.

When driving back we stopped for some bueatiful sunset pics.




Will I ever get tired of views like these in Hawaii... nope.
We made it back to Aulani and went to bed.
