I'm going to DLRP in a month, and want to do a trip report, but I've never done one before (when we go to WDW we stay off property, so our holiday isn't all Disney, which I think the trip reports are supposed to be!).

So, a couple of questions:
Do you keep notes as you go along, or all have really good memories?! And do I just post it in the main DLP section?

Hi Emma, your trippie can be as long or as short as you want although we do appreciate photos. Don't worry if your trippie isn't all about Disney, lots of the reports on here include days out to Paris or to London at the end/start of trips.

I take a small notebook on holiday with me and tend to jot down notes last thing each night and what doesn't make sense when I come to write my report I just hope I can work out from the order of my photos.

If you could post your report up in the main section for everyone to read, then add the link to it on this thread so we can add it to the main index.

Oh, don't worry, there will be photos! Both my mother and I have a camera, so between the two of us we'll take plenty!

What I did to keep my TR factual was took a little (disney princess!) notebook with me. Each time we were chilling back in our hotel room (early afternoon/bedtime) I would write what we'd done.

On the alst day though, because we had checked out I kept it in my bag in the park, which I will do in future, because it mades the SLOW line for Crush seem a lot quicker!! And that was you are less likely to miss memories and things.

Also a couple of the really busy hot days we had 20 mins sitting in Videopolis or at the back of Colonel Hathis, at these times I wished I'd been carrying it too!

That's a good idea! I have a couple of small notebooks with no current use, so I could take one of those along - it seems to kill 2 birds with one stone; stops you forgetting the little details, as well as killing boredom in queues!

Best thing to do is open the various pages of your report. Then copy and paste the url address from the top of your browser. I do it in word
Then post a reply on the trip index and paste the addresses from word

Without search it is a long process to find each persons pages
