I went for a 25 minute walk and I did a firm workout.

Who else burned some calories today?
 
I burned a few this morning. I did Firm super body sculpt (ab only). Not much but hey, it was something!

I did Cathe Friedrich's IntervalMax 2 this morning!
 
I went jogging this morning, 4.1 miles in 39 minutes.

Whoooooo's up next? :teeth:
 


I did 20 minute Winsor Pilates before work. Then while DH was at PT I did 2 miles in 56 minutes. I am doing it!
 


I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 50 minutes swimming.
