Unable to cancel on website?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the website booking/changing reservations? I've been trying to cancel a reservation because I got a cheaper deal at Costco for about a week now and the "Cancel Reservation" link leads me to an empty page every time. The wait on the phone is at least 45 mins to more than 2.5 hrs, which I realize is typical anymore, but I'd really prefer to do this online if I can.
 
We needed to cancel about a month ago and had to call. There was no way for us to cancel on the website. It was super annoying.
 
If you’re not already, make sure to use the private browsing option of whatever browser you are using, eg, Chrome via an Incognito tab. I find that’s a must when messing around with Disney reservations online.
